Please note that our handmade items are made to order. Orders are usually dispatched in 3-10 business days however, this time may vary in times of high order volumes such as sales/promotions and the lead up to Christmas.
Your order is then shipped from our studio on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland with Australia Post.
Express orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
No orders will be shipped until full payment has been received.
We have no fuss flat rate shipping prices, meaning no nasty surprises at the checkout!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Australia)
All orders are shipped at a flat rate for $9.95 via Australia Post. Standard shipping times are usually around 3 - 6 business days. However, Australia Post advises that delays are currently being expected due to increased volume and staff shortages due to Covid.
Orders over $90 are automatically eligible for FREE tracked shipping.
IF YOUR ORDER IS URGENT - Please choose the EXPRESS upgrade option and keep in mind that shipping to Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania and rural areas may take anywhere from 10 days to arrive after leaving the studio here on the Sunshine Coast.

All orders are shipped at a flat rate of $19 via Australia Post.
Orders over $200 are automatically eligible for FREE tracked shipping.
